Apply multiple tabs in one pass
Capable of applying up to three tabs per edge, the BK730 operates at speeds of 30,000 labels per hour and 350 feet per minute. With the addition of an optional bump turn kit and two units arranged back-to-back, it adeptly handles the three-sided tabbing needs for self-mailers and booklets. Engineered to accommodate tabs and labels of diverse sizes, shapes, and types, the labeling head features auto-sensing technology and an intelligent method for spacing tabs in accordance with postal service regulations.
Simple setup and consistent product transport
From entry to exit, our tabber offers simple adjustment controls to swiftly configure your jobs. Easily prepare the transport unit to convey, align, and present products for either bottom or top-side tabbing. Adjustment points are minimal and straightforward. Begin with the movable registration section to align products upon entry, then adjust the exit transport belts for product thickness to complete the setup process. It’s that straightforward.
Our tabber’s biased belts ensure edge registration by guiding products for top or bottom tabbing, while the upper transport exit belts securely convey the tabbed product past the tab forming unit. The result? The tightest and most accurate tab wraps in the industry.
